Once upon a time there was a house.This house was home to may things,
including bacteria. The owner of the
house Mr. Replay did not know how
to keep his house bacteria free, so he
hired me. I am a BAC exterminator.

I went into MR. Replay's house and immediately noticed the things that
caused the growth of bacteria. I said
to Mr. Replay "You need to know and
follow the three rules of Fighting BAC."
I decided that this house needed major
help.

I told Mr. Replay that the kitchen is wherewe are going to start. First, I told Mr.Replay,
after seeing the eggs sitting out of the
refrigerator, that foods need to be kept chill.
I told Mr.Replay that foods can go bad and if
they are not kept cool they are a bacteria's
favorite place.

Next, I looked around the kitchen and sawraw meat mixing with vegetables! I told
him that food needs to stay separated from
each other so they do not get contaminated
and spread bacteria.

Next, after we separated the food, I saw uncooked food on his dinner plate. I told
him the third rule was to cook food so he
did not get sick.

Lastly, I told Mr. Replay that all the dishes and counters needed to be cleaned.
If they were not cleaned they could spread
Bacteria and then the bacteria could get
everywhere.
