 It has been 2 years since the conflict on installation 00 aka 

Africa, Earth in the year 2150 . The covenant have been at peace  

but now the leader of the covenant, the Arbiter, has found out 

that a new enemy has arisen. That enemy is the ruthless leader,  

Jul'mdama. Jul was a terrorist on High Charity trying to bring the 

old covenant religion back to light. He was captured and sent to 

the prison world of Onyx but then unfortunatly escaped.  

Jul rallied some covenant to wage war on the arbiter. `This was 

the begining of a new age` said Jul. After that the effects of the 

war   would change the course of history.   Now the covenant would 

be divided with the New covenant on one side and the pact on the 

other. This would be the most destructive war that the covenant 

have ever faced in years. 

Jul struck the heart of the covenant with massive attacks. The Pact 

suffered massive casualties. The war of the covenant had begun.  

The pact continued its massive strikes with no winner. 

The capital city was burned to the ground. with   The 

buildings were wrecked. And there were many 

casualties on High Charity. The pact did there work and 

managed to nearly get the covenant to its knees.    The 

only thing that held the covenant from falling was the 

arbiter who kept pushing the troops with his moral.

The covenant fought hard and well. The battles that 

followed came with death and suffering. In the end the 

covenant won. 

Exiled the pact left and headed for a place where the 

covenant would not even dare to go - To the home 

world of the Forerunners. 

Finally, they found the forerunner planet. The Pact 

started building fortificactions outside the planet. They 

started by creating an army to wage war on the 

covenant.
