This is Sheila's story and her brave dog Randy. They 

have been friends since Randy was a puppy. They go 

together anywhere. Sheila is a little girl who likes 

nature and animals. She is characterized because of 

her happiness, positivism and intelligence. Sheila and 

her little dog always cared about the environment, they 

really enjoyed to walk for the forest, to feel the 

breeze on their faces and to breath the natural air. 

Also, they love to play under the highest trees and eat 

its crops.

Sheila and Randy had spent fantastic moments on the 

forest.

One day, Sheila and Randy realized that 

something bad was happening with the 

environment. The sing of the birds started 

diminishing, the air was contaminated, the 

water of the rivers was dirty and the fishes 

started dying. Sheila and Randy were very sad 

when they saw the place once was so beautiful and 

colorful and now is destroyed. But they needed to 

do something to help the nature. So, Sheila and 

Randy decided to take action to face that 

problem. They start working together on 

Friendland, the neighborhood where Sheila and 

Randy lived on. 

Sheila and Randy advised all the kids on 

Friendland, and they started cleaning the 

natural parks, rivers and forests. They also 

planted lot of trees and beautiful flowers 

anywhere. Unfortunately, when kids had finished 

their activities about the environment, it 

started raining. All kids were sad because they 

thought their job had been in vain. The flowers 

and the trees they had planted were fading and 

some animals did not have a safe place to 

spend the rainy night. 

However, something wonderful happened next 

morning!!!

Something magic had happened! When the 

sun went out next day, the birds sang so 

happily, the air brought a sweet smell of the 

flowers, the trees were high and green, the 

rivers looked like crystal of cold water, the 

animals fed   with grass. And all kids were 

happy to see the result of their hard work. 

What happened about Sheila and Randy?

They become Heroes of the nature!!!

They were so brave...
