In the forest, there was a Puma. 

This puma was named Pumantha. 

Pumantha was a very friendly animal 

and all the other animals enjoyed 

being around her. They all lived in the 

dense amazon where it's hot, and 

humid. It usually rains about 9 feet a 

year! 

The days went on and everybody in 

the forest was happy and they felt 

alive. The amazon was filled with 

medicine and food. It was a habitat 

for many many types of animals! 

Habitats are homes for specific types 

of animals. Birds cared to their young 

and the tigers smiled and played. 

Everything was perfect.

This is the food pyramid. The plants are at 

the bottom because they only produce 

energy. The middle sections represent chains 

of energy. Pumatha is almost the top 

predator, but until then, the tiger will remain 

the top.

Then suddenly a a very loud noise 

came from close by, all the animals 

were very curious to figure out what it 

was.. so they left to check the noise.

Off in the distance, human settlement 

is taking place, and human houses are 

being built while the business men 

earn money, and lots of it. Meanwhile 

the wildlife are losing their homes.

"What do we do?" says the bird.

"A lot of places around the world that used to 

be nature is no more, we have to fight back!" 

says the tiger. 

Pumantha thinks and thinks.. then finally 

says.. "We must fight back. This is our home 

and nobody will take it from us!" says 

Pumantha.

So the animals come up with a plan to take 

over the human settlement. They come up 

with a plan of attack on the humans and over 

time, they were ready for it.

At sunset, the animals decided to attack the 

human settlement and it was a complete 

success. Sadly in the process.. the tiger had 

died and Pumantha and the monkey buried the 

tiger in a hole.
