Long ago, there was a time called the Paleolithic Age. Duringthat age, people lived in temporary homes such as caves or
rough like tents. They had to scavenge the forests for food.
Some of the people hunted and others gathered.
UGH! I hated sleeping incaves! Good thing we decided
to settle down and build our homes.
I agree, now we can be protected from the harsh
weather.

People in Neolithic Age learned that they could grow their own food by collecting
and planting the seeds of plants.
Now during the Neolithic Age,we have a stable food supply.
That means that we can
focus on other things such as
trade.
Now we have as much food as we want!

Now that people in the Neolithic Age have the knowledge of farming they have also learned how to domesticate animals
for their own needs. This is something that people in the
Paleolithic Age knew nothing about.
We use animals formilk, meat, and for
heavy loads.
I have a problemwith this chicken.

The neolithic people also learned how to trade. They would trade for seeds, decor, tools, animals, plants, beauty products, etc. Traders would
travel hundreds of miles to trade for goods. Trading was important
because it helped spread ideas that the paleolithic people knew nothing
of.
I'm trading these chickens for beauty products!
I cant believe how farwe have come since sleeping
in caves!
