There once was a pig named Spencer,

Who loved to go on Adventures

He was walking along in the sun,

O having so much fun.

He felt his skin get hot,

the sunscreen(way to prevent damage 

to skin) he should have brought

His skin is turning red (sign of skin 

injury to the epidermis)

So Spencer traveled back to his bed.

he started to notice some spots and bumps 

(sign of skin cancer forming),

Squamous cell carcinoma(flat pancake like 

cells with small bumps on skin) is what he 

initially thought.
