The Missing Crown
Once Upon a Time,
A princess named Princess Abigail lost her crown.
No matter how many times she looked under her
bed, she still couldn't find it.
She had her coronation soon; she couldn't go
without her crown.
She had to find it; and quick!
Princess Abigail's mother, the Queen, always told
her,
"A princess never goes without her crown."
Princess Abigail couldn't disappoint her mother!
"I wish I could find my crown," she says.
POOF!
A fairy appears in the room right after Princess
Abigail's wish.
"You're in luck, Princess Abigail, for I can help you find
your crown in time!" She says.
"Really? Can you really help me? Oh thank you!" Princess
Abigail exclaims.
"Here, if you would walk through this mirror, I will send
you on your way." The kind fairy says.
Princess Abigail walks through the mirror and she
was off to find her missing crown.
When she went through the mirror, she came
across a lamp on the ground.
"Maybe if I rub the lamp, a genie will grant me
three wishes!" Princess Abigail says.
So she rubbed the lamp and sure enough, a genie
did fact come out.
"I will grant you three wishes. Use them wisely." The genie
says.
She thinks for a while and finally says,
"I would like a pegasus to help me find my crown."
"Your wish is my command."
A pegasus magically appeared in front of Princess Abigail.
"Thank you Mr. Genie!" She says. And she was on her way
once again for the search for her crown.
She was flying through the sky, searching for her
crown.
"Wait!" She says, "I see something shiny on the
ground!"
Princess Abigail and her pegasus landed in a desert
next to a knight. He looked awfully thirsty.
"Are you okay? Would you like some water, sir?"
Princess Abigail asks.
"Oh, yes, that would be wonderful. Thank you!"
As she handed the knight some of her water, she
asked,
"Kind knight, have you seen anything shiny around
here recently?"
"No, I have not. It might have been my armor
shining in the sunlight."
Soon, she was back in the sky on the lookout for
her crown.
"Wait!" She says again,"I see something shining on
the ground!"
She and her pegasus landed by the ocean.
"Hello, Ms. Mermaid, did you see anything shiny around here?"
Princess Abigail asked.
"No, I have not. It might have been the scales on my tail
shining in the sunlight." She said, "Could you by chance help me
find my father's trident? He needs it awfully soon."
"Of course! Where did he leave it last?" Princess Abigail asked.
