Let's take an adventure through nature with Pirate Jack!

Pirate Jack has run into some rain here in South America! Let's get out of the ship and see where it is coming from!

Looks like all the rain is coming from this Tropical Forest! The average tropical forest can get up to 160 inches of rain! Thankfully, the vines, venus fly traps, and trees can uphold the water!

Captain Jack is hot! The Tropical Forest is 80 degrees fahrenheit today! Seems like the monkeys, toucans, and snakes seem to like the heat!

Pirate Jack is ready to keep exploring!

Pirate Jack found the fresh water marsh! A marsh is land that is often soaked due to a lot of water.

It is very easy for crabs and turtles live here in this hot weather! As well as mangrove trees and grass! It can get as hot as 95 degrees fahrenheit! You can find a fresh water marsh in Louisiana!

An estuary is where fresh water meets salt water. It is very warm here, with an average temperature of 68 degrees fahrenheit!

There are a lot of sea birds, fish, and crabs here! Also, a lot of sea grass and mangroves!
