Leo
-as one of Hercules' 12 labors, he had to skin the Nemean Lion whose skin and fur were unable to be cut by stone or metal. He eventually choked the lion to death, skinned it with its own claws, and wore the head as a helmet.

- Taurus represents the bull-form taken on by Jupiter when he became enamored of Europa, princess of Phoenicia. She was impressed by his gentleness and beauty. Europa climbed onto the bulls back and swam to to sea with her.

-When the earthborn giant Typhoeus appeared one day, startling all the god and making them form into other forms. Venus and Cupid who were bathing on the banks of the Euphrates river, took into the shape of two fish to escape danger.

Orion
- Orion inherited her talent, and became the greatest hunter in the world. Unfortunately for him with his immense strength came an immense ego and he boasted that he could best any animal on earth. In response to his vanity single small scorpion stung him and killed him.

Lynx
- Hevelius created this constellation to fill a gap between two other constellations. It was named Lynx because it was so faint, it took the eyesight of a lynx to see it. to Hevelius, the lynx has three special qualities: its seeks, it see, and it can not be seen.

Cetus
- This constellation represents the sea monster sent to Ethiopia as punishment for the boasting of Queen Cassiopeia.

Phoenix
-Named after the mythical bird that rises from his own ashes. it is known as the sacred fire bird.
