Adrian did not like when the sun would go down and the moon would come out . Adrian was so afraid of the night time that it was hard for him to sleep when his room was dark .

His mother would read him stories before bed , tuck him in and tell him that there was nothing to be scared of , but no matter what his mom tried Adrian still could not fall asleep .

His mother explained to Adrian that children need to get sleep and that when he woke up the sun would be out again . Sometimes Adrian would sleep in his mothers room but he knew he needed to sleep in his big boy bed , but how could he sleep in there when he was so scared of the dark.
