Hello. I'm Robby Erythrocyte and I am a delivery boy. I get to travel all around your body using your circulatory system.

I just delivered oxygen to cells in your legs, and I need to return to your heart. First, I have to go through the inferior vena cava. This large vein will send me to the right atrium.

Then, I pass through the tricuspid valve into the right ventricle. Then I go up the pulmonary valve, through the pulmonary trunk, and into the right pulmonary artery. Since i'm deoxygenated, I need to go to the right lung to pick up oxygen, and drop off carbon dioxide. Now that i'm oxygenated, i'm going back to the heart through the right pulmonary veins.
