Political Philosophies:
The Laissez-Faire mentality was strong in the Victorian Era, and even today because of the limited interaction the government had with the people. Adam Smith believed this would benefit people in all classes by creating an equal economic environment.

Darwinism and Utilitarianism:
Darwinism argues that in evolution, the fittest will survive and advance. In this way, Darwin argues instead of the universal happiness like Utilitarianism, it is more of a struggle in life.

Karl Marx:
Marx believed that the struggle of people in classes ultimately led to societal development and that capitalism would prevail over communism.

Natural Selection: the belief in what you choose to think is right or wrong and your survival is determined through your actions
Morality: the decisions you make based on what you believe to be right or wrong
Bentham and Coleridge: philosophers that provided the basics to how philosophy evolved and could be believed by opposite opinions and facts
