Kino lived a simple life with his wife and his baby son.

Kino was a pearl diver, he spent most of his time on his family canoe. Kino loved his life.

Kino and his family lived in a small brush house near the beach.

One day, while Kino's son, Coyitio, was playing on he floor when a massive scorpion came out of no where and stung the baby.

Kino and his wife, Juana rushed Coyitito to the nearest town Doctor.

But the doctor denied them because of their poor wealth.

So the next day, Kino, Juana and Coyotito went out on the family canoe to go diving for pearls.

Kino was diving but couldn't find anything. But then, he lost his knife so he had to down and get it.

When he found his knife, he was about to swim back to the canoe until he saw something in the corner of his eye...

A large, shiny pearl!

When Kino surfaced, Juana was very happy, but she knew that this pearl will cause a lot of trouble...
YYYYAAAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!

The next day, Kino, Juana and Coyotito travelled to the town to show off their new pearl. Many people were jealous.
