Once lived a poor man called Remo. Remo lived next to the Coroto mine. He worked for a company called Waves as a simple miner.

Remo worked days and nights to only to a small amount of money, enough to buy bread and water.

After twenty-seven years of working for Waves, Remo was promoted to working in the factory.

Once while reading the daily newspaper, Remo read that factories are polluting earth and that if humans will not stop polluting earth, the world will become a very dark and awful place.

The next day Remo went to his boss Jon and said, “Jon, I quit”
“HOW DARE YOU COME TO MY OFFICE WITHOUT PERMISION???”
“I will not be you worker anymore because I do not pollute Earth for money” Remo said living the room.

As Remo searched for work in the newspaper Remo he found an organization called “Debate” that prevent humans from destroying earth. He looked on the internet where debate are and he saw that they are right next to the train station.

The next day Remo went to Debate on his car

Entering the building he was greeted with “Hello my name is Amanda, I guess you read about us, would you like to join Debate.’’
Without thinking Remo said “Yes please, I have a problem and even a solution”

On Thursday Remo returned to Debate. Once inside the building, Amanda greeted him, “Hello Remo, come the people are waiting.”

“Hello I came today to talk about air pollution through smoke which is made out of coal.”

Well I will pass the process of how to make electrycety

but, one of the steps in the proses is to burn the coal. By burning coal we make smoke. This smoke which comes out of the smokestack is filled with carbon dioxide (Co2) and other harmful gasses. This smoke is released through a smokestack into the air. After the smoke is relised the air is now filled with Co2 and other gasses. Those gasses are bad for the human and other living organisms on earth.

“That is the problem, but what is the solution. Stop using coal? No, I found a small and simple solution. Just put air filters in the smokestack.

The smoke would go through the filters which will clean the smoke, not a 100%, but it will clean the smoke.” “Thank you for listening.”

The next day While Remo went to Debate he noticed that he was going to Waves and not to debate. He thought about going to debate but it would take 2 hours to get to debate so he continued to Waves.

On the way in, he was stopped by two guards but then Jon let him in.

As Remo stepped into Jon’s office, Jon said “Hello, before we start whatever you are going to say will not be helpful. I made up my mind.”

“Jon listen I am not asking you to stop using coal and use another fossil fuel. Or even worst, green energy, I am asking you to reduce the level of pollution you are “sending” to the atmosphere.”

“How are you planning to do so Remo?”
“Simple by just putting filters in the smokestack that the smoke comes out of air filters it would be clean”
“But filters at a size like that would cost millions of dollar Remo”

“Correct, but if you do put filters inside the smokestack your business would be known for a half green energy company, and if the company would be half green energy more people/countries will want to use your energy which will give you more money.”
“Well Remo I guess your brain has some knowledge, I shall put your plan in action.”

Nine years later Remo is the leader of debate and he is still finding more ways to help earth while Waves is known all over the world as a good and half green Energy Company.
