To be healthy, Hank must stay fit. He does this through training and exercise.

Hank practices two types of exercise, aerobic and anaerobic.

Anaerobic exercises are meant to be done in short spurts. Hank lifts large weights for anaerobic exercise.

Aerobic exercises are not as tiring and can be done over longer periods of time. Hank enjoys riding his bike and jogging as aerobic exercise.

But Hank knows to be careful. He doesn't want to make the mistakes of overtraining, pushing too hard or too fast, and having bad form.

To keep from overtraining, he sticks to a schedule and takes days for resting.

Another part of being healthy is eating right. Hank makes sure to have proper nutrition. He thinks carefully about what to eat.

He eats foods with lots of protein to help him get big muscles and become stronger. Some foods high in protein are meat, fish, eggs, and beans.
