Background Info
Underwater diving no equipment other than goggles is called breath-hold diving. This type of diving can be very dangerous because of the water pressure. Water is more than a thousand times as dense as air. Most Breath-hold divers can stay underwater for less than one minute. Wich training, some divers can stay underwater for two minutes.
