Love yourself,
no matter how different you feel.

Livvy is getting ready for school and is brushing her hair. She looks in the mirror while she smiles at the freckles on her cheeks.

"It's okay to be different. You know that, right Livvy?"

"I know mommy,
I love my curly hair,
freckles.
They make me different."

Livvy's mom drops her off at school and she goes inside her classroom. She jumps up and down and smiles when she sees all of her friends waiting for her.

None of Livvy’s friends have black hair dark as night like her, or freckles like her. But that's okay because Livvy likes being different.

Later that day, Livvy notices a boy standing alone at the playground. His eyes holds back tears that could flood the ocean and his face is red like a tomato.
