There was once a beach volleyball team from Trinity High School that was traveling to Panama City Beach, Florida for their championship game.

All of the girls were fighting, and their coach, Victoria Pullman, had tried everything she could to get the girls to stop fighting. She was very disappointed in her team because she knew that they could stop fighting and get past everything. Before the season started, the girls were best friends, on and off the court, but now it was as if they were enemies. They fought about anything and everything, and they refused to fix their problems.
As the plane took off, the girls thought of everything that happened lately. They tried to think of ways to fix their differences, but nothing came to mind.

All of a sudden, the plane stopped. None of the girls knew what was happening, and they all panicked. Audrey quickly looked out the window and saw that the wings were close to falling off of the plane. Her immeadiate reaction was to scream, and all of the girls turned quickly.
Audrey thought quickly, she told her team that they had to make something for them to fix the wings. Johnna yelled loudly, "I've been studying airplanes for the air force!" She gathered a few girls to teach them about the wings. Then a few others made a walkway for them to work on the wings. It was very difficult for them to fix the them, but they finally did it.
The next day, they struggled with fixing the plane. They tried everything they could, but nothing was working. The only thing they had fixed was the wings. They just didn't have the right teamwork. Kelsie, a senior, asked, "Can we forget about everything that has happened lately?" The girls realized that what she was saying was true, and decided to stop working for the day.
A few days later, they woke up and something was different. All of the girls knew what they really needed to do. They had to work as a team and realize each other’s value. They wrote out a plan for each girl so that they each had a certain task to do because they all had a quality that the other did not. Ryann shouted, “We all know what we’re doing right?”, the team replied, “Yes, we do!”, and continued their work.
