Chiron

Chiron was the eldest and wisest centaur of Greek mythology. Unlike his brethren Chiron was an immortal son of Kronos, the Titan king. A half brother of Zeus the god of the sky. Chiron was a teacher of many great heroes like the Jason of the golden fleece. Also Achilles of Troy.

CHARON

The ferry-man of the underworld who held in his boat the shades of death. Though only those whose bodies were buried. In payment he receives a coin put into the dead's mouth by a relative or priest. Charon is portrayed by a old man or a Reaper. He is now seen as the image of death.
