This is our friend, the Colour Monster, and he has a really big problem: he doesn´'t know how to deal with his emotions. And it is for that reason why he is always wearing all the colours.

They can change the colour of their skin whatever they want. But they can control when they change it.

We can ask Joe if he wants to be the Colour Monster's friend!

In this way Joe can talk about the colours with the Colour Monster and help him how to control them.

Hello Joe! I have a problem. I don´'t know how  to wear my colours depending on my feelings...

I can help you! I´m a chameleon and I know how to use the colours.

So then, Joe the chameleon started to explain to the Colour Monster what colours to use when he feels happy, sad, scary, angry, calm and in love.

When we are happy we use YELLOW.

We are happy when we play with friends.

We are happy when it is our birthday.

And we are also happy when we are on holiday.

We use blue when we are SAD.

And do you know when you feel sad?

When you argue with a friend.

When you fall down.

And when mum and dad are angry with us.

For CALM feelings we use green.

We feel green when we are on the beach.

When we are taking a rest.

And we also feel green, when we listen to music.
