It was a cold, snowy day on Big Mountain and it was freezing. It was Christmas day and Jack and Outlaw were on shift for a couple of hours. The skiers were sloping down the hills as if they were running from cheetahs. Outlaw, a tall mighty German Shepard was out on the lookout for his shift. He watched the skiers and snowboarders fly down the mountain. " What's up bud", a voice called out from down a couple of yards. "woof, woof", barked Outlaw.

"Come on Buddy", called Outlaw's owner Jack. "Let's go to the cabin station and get some hot cocoa and water," piped up Jack in excitement. Jack works as a watcher for the skiers so they don't get hurt. Outlaw is his bud that helps on important missions. So Jack and Outlaw sprinted happily to the cabin station.

As soon as Jack and Outlaw were sipping water and hot cocoa, a sudden voice came through the radio. "We have a injured skier on the North slope." "I'm on it", Jack said in a quick voice. "Come on Outlaw we are going to save the day again today", Jack told Outlaw. "Woof, Woof", cried Outlaw in a jumpy voice ready to go outside.
