"This story is dedicated to my father who has always been there for me whenever I have needed him. He has loved me wholeheartedly."

Once upon a time, there lived Mr. Anderson with his son Alex in New York, USA. Alex was only 2 years old when his mother died due to illness. Since then, his father brought him up alone. And now he had turned 15.

Alex was an excellent student and very active in sports too. He had always topped in his class which made his father proud.

As he grew up, he made a lot of friends around him with whom he used to spend a lot of time.

As he got closer with his friends, he started spending more time outside than at home which made Mr. Anderson worried.

Mr. Anderson once spoke to Alex for his excessive time spent outside was not good as he should be back home timely so he would also spend time with his father and help him with his work at home as well. But Alex refused to give him any attention saying that he was too busy with his friends and wanted to enjoy himself.

One day, Alex had to go with his friends who were very close to him for a hangout. His father told him to stay home as he wanted to spend time with his son but he disrespectfully refused saying that he wanted his space and his father should not disturb him at all. Alex went to join his friends.
