My life is just like everyone else's except for I have diabetes which means my body doesn't produce enough insulin for my bodily functions so I have to take some before my meals.

I need to use my daily insulin injections because my blood sugar doesn't regulate because I have type 2 diabetes. However for people with type 1 diabetes they need insulin because their bodies don't produce insulin,

If I don't take my insulin or forget to take my insulin dose my blood glucose levels will rise and I'll have to take some short, or rapid acting insulin to lower it fast

I have to take my insulin shots 2 times a day but some people have to take more or less. You should ask your doctor if you don't know.

Anyone can get diabetes no matter what runs in your family but, families with histories of diabetes are more prone to get it.

This doesn't stop me from doing sports just like all my friends.
