Goldilocks is a girl with gold, curly hair. She is very smart with science. One day, she was exploring a nearby forest with her science tools.

While exploring, she found a house. She wanted to go inside, so she let her curiosity take over.

Once she entered, she noticed there were 3 rails and for every rail, there was a cart. Cart 1 had magnet wheels, cart 2 had iron wheels, and cart 3 had rubber wheels. Goldilocks pushed each one before riding on any.

Cart one had too little friction, and it flipped over the edge

Cart 2 had too much friction, and barely moved

Cart 3 was just right, stopping at the end.

Goldilocks hopped on that cart.

Goldilocks found herself in a "beach room" with 3 boats. She went to measure the mass and volume for each boat to calculate the densities.

* DENSITY = MASS / VOLUME *

Boat one had a volume of 4m3 and a mass of 8g. The density was 2g/m3, and the boat sank.

Boat two measured with 8m3 and 12kg. The density measured with 1.5kg/m3, so it sank.

Boat three measured with 8m3 and 6kg. the density measured with 0.75 g/m3, so it would float. Goldilocks rode in that boat to the final room.

The force that floats objects less dense than water is buoyancy.

The third and last room was a puzzle! Goldilocks had to spin a yoyo like a lasso. If she didnt spin the fastest one, she would be stuck forever. Using her knowledge for science, she went to measure the mass of the yoyo disk and length of the string .
