Once upon a time, there was a boy who lived on a farm. He had a hen named Cupcake who the boy raised from just a chick.

The boy loved Cupcake very much. Every day he would feed her and let her out the coop to run around the farm.

One afternoon, the boy was walking out to check on Cupcake and to take her some of her favorite snacks.

As the boy walked up to the coop, he realized that Cupcake was gone. She never wanders too far, so the boy began his search.

First, the boy looked under the tractor. Cupcake was not there.

Next, the boy checked in the garden. Sometimes Cupcake would like to steal grapes off of the vine, so he thought she might be there. No luck, Cupcake was not there.
