"Good Morning, Mom!"

Once upon a time there was a shark named Lil' Joe. He thought he was the best shark in the world! He thought he didn't need anyone's help because he was the king of the ocean!

zzzzzz...

mmmm fish!

It is now night.  Joe  sees a  fish and swims to it.

Lil' Joe raced and raced after this fish. He was hungry! But, the fish got away! Once he knew dinner was gone, he looked around and had no idea where he was. He became a bit scared!

Joe had no friends. He always thought, since he was a shark and king of the ocean, he didn't need anyone. But at this time, he thought, " man I could really use some help now!"

While Lil' Joe was thinking, a clownfish crashed into his side!

OUCH!!!!!!!!!

"Ohhh, I'm so sorry!", said the clownfish. "Hello, my name is Johnny. What is your name?", asked Johnny, the clownfish.

Lil' Joe thought, "this little fish is not scared of a shark?" Joe showed his teeth and said his name with a powerful rumble. It did not scare Johnny. Joe didn't know what to do, since he has never tried to make friends and didn't even know how to.

Johnny said, "so what are you up to tonight?" Lil' Joe didn't want to admit he was lost, so he just acted like he was out for a night swim. Johnny asked Joe to come to a little party his friends were having. Joe said, "Aren't you worried that your friends will be scared of me? I mean I am a shark...." Johnny said, "Nah, they will like you because I like you."
