Michelle Obama is most known as our 44th First Lady to the President of the United States, but she is much more than that.

Michelle LaVaughn Robinson was born on January 17, 1964 in Chicago, IL.

Her father was a city employee and her mother stayed at home.

I went to Whitney Young High School in Chicago, Princeton for undergraduate, and then Harvard Law School. I'm brilliant!

Barack and Michelle met at work. They got married in 1992.

Michelle has two daughters, Malia and Sasha.

Let's Move!

Michelle started the initiative, "Let's Move!" to help fight childhood obesity. She did this by promoting healthy eating and being active.
