To Haemon, I love you so much too bad you're dead.

Once upon a time in a crippled country there was a great big man with big hands named Creon and a devious young girl named Antigone.
Years before these two ever were at each other's throats there was a war of brothers over who shall rule, one was heir to the throne of Thebes and the other was a young upstart who believed he better than his brother.
They went to battle and their armies shattered against each other and the brothers were slain.
Thebes was sent into a state of pandemonium and only one man could restore the peace.
And this man was Creon
This fantastic man restored the peace and prosperity of Thebes and all was well for a short time until Antigone came along.
The great and just Creon made a law stating that the body of the younger brother, Polyneices, was to stay unburied due to his treason. All the while Eteocles the older brother was to be buried with full honors.
Creon's laws kept the peace in the city of Thebes, all until the wicked Antigone came and tried to destroy it all and promote rebellion against Creon.
