Once upon a time there were two kinds of
monsters, the Swoogles and Meables.The
Swoogles got to eat all their candy, but the
Meables had to give it away to them. The Swoogles
ruled over the Meables and for a short time the
Meables were okay with their decisions, but the
Swoogles misused their power.

The leader of the Swoogles called himself,
Clingy and his lovely wife's name was, Queenie. He
noticed that all his cute monsters were eating WAY
too much candy. So he asked his friend, Jack to
help keep all the monsters from eating all the sweet
candy. He gathered them in Candyland, there they

decided how much candy each monster in
Monsterland received. Later on the sunny day, there
was a meeting at the Grand Trampoline with talk of
change. A couple weeks later all the monsters
stormed to the Gumdrop Fortress looking for candy
canes, but they didn't find any.

And the fortress was destroyed to pieces and all
the colorful gumdrops started to slowly melt away!
After this terrible happening, the Swoogles and
Meables started to dislike each other even more.
The Meables asked the leader, Mark for help. The
Candyland gathering passed a set of rules

that were the same for all the monsters. The Swoogles
did not like these rules because it limited how much candy
they could eat. When candy became hard to find, the
Meables had to give all of theirs to Queenie. Growing more
and more upset, the Meables stormed

to Queenie's Palace. They were chanting, "CANDY, CANDY,
CANDY!!!" Queenie then said happily, "Let them
eat...chocolate!" A new group of monsters (without tails)
wanted the Meables to rule. These monsters who made the
delicious candy set up a new crew of monsters on the top of
Candy

Mountain. The leader of this crew was Rob Jacobin Maxim.
there was a new way to get rid of monsters and it was called,
The Door of NO Return. Many monsters were sent to the
door because they wanted to have all the power of the sweet
candy. Once they

entered the door, they never returned to Monsterland. All the
monsters did not like Clingy and Queenie and the way they
treated them. Finally they decided to kick Clingy and Queenie
out of Monsterland! The mean and angry monsters sent them
both to The Door

of NO Return! Then a new military hero arrived and his name
was Napoleon, He brought changes to Monsterland to try to
make all the monsters happy. His brand-new changes were
called the Napoleonic Code. Napoleon was sent out to Jungleland
