This is the story of the Wedding at Cana from John 2:1-11. The story has been modified to be suitable for children aged 6-11.

On the third day there was a wedding at Cana and the mother of Jesus was there. Jesus and his disciples had been invited to the wedding.
In only a short time they had run out of wine. The mother of Jesus came to him and said "They have no wine."
Jesus said to her "Woman, what concern is that to you and to me? My hour has not yet come."
His mother called upon all of the servants. She turned and said to the servants,"Do whatever he tells you."
Standing behind Jesus were 6 empty stone water jars for the Jewish rights of purification. Each jar would hold a lot of water. Jesus said to the servants, "Fill the jars with water."
The servants did as he had asked. When the Jars were filled Jesus told the servants to take some to the Chief Steward.
