Dragon Boat Festival- This festival happens because when Qu Yuan, the prime minister of Ying, committed suicide in result of his capital of Chu falling to Qin. It is said that the local people, who admired him, raced out in their boats to save him, or at least retrieve his body on dragon boats.

Chinese Lantern Festival-In Chinese culture, the red lantern is the symbol of booming life and prosperous business, so they are always hung on important festivals such as Lantern Festival in which they celebrate the last day of the Chinese New Year.

Diwali- This Celebration happens because of the victorious win of a good god over an evil demon. As a welcome gift, people lit up their homes to show their gratitude that still happens today.
