When the land grew quiet,

the crickets started singing.

After the sun set,

the moon rose out of the clouds.

As the sky got darker,

the moon shone brighter.

Although the moon was miles away,

it looked huge in the empty sky.

While the stars twinkled quietly,

the moon gleamed with all its might.

Because of the moon's magnetism

the waves rose and set repeatedly.
