Hunter is tucked into his bed dreaming about Jack the Pirate, of the land of Never Grow Up.

His Mom Kim read him a story right before he fell asleep all about Jack the Pirate.

He is deep into his adventure with his favorite Pirate. He is busy helping Jack, rescue " Lizzy" from Captain Cook's ship the " Jelly Roll"



" Captain Jack yelled "Yo Ho! ! Hunter we need to use the diversion, go quickly.

Hunter grabs onto the rope and swings out from his spot near the crow's nest. Boomer flies up to the nest.

Because, mean old Captain Cook has kidnapped Lizzy and is trying to make Captain Jack give him the treasure they found.



But Captain Jack is smarter than mean old Captain Cook ; He has planned a diversion that took Smith's (Cook's 1st mate) attention away from Lizzy,and Hunter is able to swoop right in, and pick her up right from under Smith's very nose. Then he is able to swing safely back to Jack's ship, landing softly on the deck with Lizzy.

" Good job Hunter. You did it! "shouts Jack.

"What?" Hunter said distractedly. He was busy untangling himself and Lizzy, from the ropes.

"Yo! Ho! Hunter me lad. " says Jack." Can you climb up to the crow's nest, and see how close we are to land?"



Hunter scrambled as fast, as he can, up the mast to the crow's nest; and put the spyglass to his eye and yells "Land Ho! Captain Jack.

We are going to run aground, quickly you must turn the wheel fast ;or we will be ship-wrecked!"

What?"  Jack said startled by Hunter announcement.

  " Land Ho!" Hunter shouted.

 Captain, hurry check it out the island has jetties that stretch out this far under the water."  his eyes widen in shock as he yells loudly to Captain Jack.

"Stop the engine or we will hit the jetties!" Hunters exclaims.

Becky starts to shake and shudder, but slowly the engine shuts down.

Lizzy started toward Jack, saying "You did it, hold it steady. "She sighs as the ship" Becky "stops just in time.

Captain Jack wonders out loud " Where did that Island come from?"

 I don't remember it being there."He looked out from the ship's head at the Island.

" Yo Ho ! Come,Let us go see what this mysterious Island holds." Jack says as he heads to the rowboat.

So Hunter, Lizzy and Boomer (the parrot) follow Captain Jack to the rowboat and everyone piles in. The boys are rowing, while Lizzy uses the spyglass to check out the island. Through it she is looking around the island to see if there are any people on it. She doesn't see people but she sees a lot of pumpkins.

Land ahead" Captain Jack says" Stay behind me when we land. I will lead the way with my "Sword of Honor."

"I am going to keep you all safe from harm, but be prepared to fight if I need help." He stated.

Lizzy added" I brought my pixie dust, but it isn't much, so we need to save it for an emergency."

" Yo! Ho! Let's go check it out" sang out Captain Jack.

Everyone gets out of the boat and starts to move forward in a straight line right behind Captain Jack. They advance slowly, watching out for signs of trouble.

As they advance, they are heading toward a line of trees, passing pumpkins and jack o' lanterns as they move ahead.

Lizzy shrieks out loudly" EEEEEEEEEK!! That pumpkin winked at me! His eyes moved! I, I ,I , swear it Captain. I saw them move."

Captain Jack whispers,"Shhh! We will lose the element of surprise if you continue shrieking like that."

"But, but, but, Captain Jack ,"I swear it winked at me." She explains stuttering.
