It was a rainy day and everything was gloomy. Oscar just woke up. After he woke up, he remembered it was his first day of school!

Oscar got up and started getting ready. He put on his favorite white tie and his blue backpack with his name on it.

Oscar was not excited to go to school.

He was actually very nervous, because he was taller than everyone else. He felt embarassed.

Oscar did not want to go to school, but he thought that he should try anyway. So, he headed off to the bus stop.

On the way to school, it seemed like all of the kids were staring at Oscar. He just sat in his seat hoping the day would turn out to be better.

Then, Oscar got to school. His school was very big, even for him. Oscar walked inside and started heading to Mrs.A's class.

When Oscar got to Mrs.A's class, a kid laughed at him. Oscar felt very sad. He walked to his desk to put his head down.

Mrs.A tried to teach Oscar how to read a book. Oscar got very confused. He knew none of the words.

Oscar wanted to go home, but he pushed on.

Next, was art class. Oscar's teacher was Mrs.Mousky. Today, they were painting rainbows.
