Today many furious colonists like me protested against the British soldiers. This was until I saw stuff being thrown and shots ringing out.

I've seen many British soldiers ready up for the beginning of the "War." I've heard around that they are going to start at Lexington and Concord. I hope the Colonial army stays strong.

They announced a couple days ago that the Declaration of Independence was going to be made, and now it is, today the Declaration of Independence was approved and hopefully it will help.

Today General Washington set off to cross the Delaware for a surprise attack on Christmas. This idea is horrible because they want to do it in one night during a severe Winter storm.

News just came in that the Colonial Army is in Saratoga for war against the British. I have an acquaintance who is a spy that told me the army wants the French to jon, and if they do, this will be a turning point for us.
