Introduction

Do you have good ball control? Can you jump high? Then basketball is the sport for you!  In this book I will teach you what to wear, how to dribble, how to pass, and how to get the ball in the hoop.

What to Wear

OK, let's just start with what not to wear. Do not wear cleats, dresses, skirts, tights, high-heels, jeans or boots. Now what to wear. Wear athletic clothes,sneakers, athletic shorts, and an athletic t-shirt.

How to Dribble

First push the ball to the ground.Then it will come back up. Then do it again and again and again and again. When you're dribbling, keep your eyes up. You also need to only let your fingers touch the ball. Do not use your palm to touch the ball.  When you are dribbling make, sure your legs are bent.
