Description

Horses are fast and sleek mammals that have a body design that helps them run fast. They usually live for up to 25 to 30 years in captivity and about 30 to 35 years in the wild. Horses are classified into 3 main groups: hotbloods, coldbloods and warmbloods. Hotbloods are mainly breed for speed and endurance. Coldbloods are bred for slow and hard work. Warmbloods are in the middle and can do both. There are 51 breeds of well known horses today.
