Once upon a time in a dog pound, there were many dogs waiting to be adopted, all of them were beautiful, but there was one dog that was different from the others.

His name was Pooky. He was a beautiful brown dog with a little white patch around his mouth. He had been in the dog pound since he was 2 months.

Before ending up in that place, he used to had a family, but they left him in the pound when they found out that he could not use his back legs to walk like the other dogs.

Besides the negative things in his life, he was a happy and loved dog; every worker from the pound treated him right, and they constructed him a wheelchair, so he could walk and play with the other dogs.

Pooky had many friends in there, but the time goes fast, and he had to watch them leave with their new families. Unfortunately, it was not easy for him to find a family that accepted him due to his health condition.

One day a kid that was with his mom saw him and got closer to look him better; even though his condition, the boy thought he was beautiful. Pooky was happy because he thought that would be his last day at the pound. However, the kid's mom did not allow him to chose him, so pooky felt sad.
