These dinosaurs yose to roamed the earth about 93.5-112million years ago. They lived around Egupt and marocco. Lived during the Cretaceous period.

Fossil Findings

The first fidding if the Spinosaurus was in 1910 in Egypt . Due to the war in westrn Egypt in 1912, much of the fossils were destraled. Scientist use plarter casts to study the dinosaur.

Characteristics

.They could grow up to 49 feet long and weigh up to 7to 20 tuns

. Its fin was 5 feet long- If it were to roll on to its back it would brack because its fin bones are atach to its vartabray.

The Spinosaurus appetite is fish and small mammals.

They floatcd like crocodies to their prey and they alone .

Behavior

Spinosaurus is very protective over things. If other predators were in his area, he would go somewhere else. Vibratian detectors in the snout detect movement in the water.

Theories Climate change killed the Spinosaurus because they need water envinonment to survive. When the land dried up , its prey also died.

My theroy is that the Spinosaurus diead out because its prey was hunting him and he had no food.
