There once was an ocean, with the most beautiful water, gorgeous reefs, and delightful fish.

In the ocean, there lived a shark. All the shark wanted was to make friends, but all of the fish he saw swam away from him.

"I wonder why nobody wants to be my friend." pondered the shark. "Is it because of my scaly skin." "Maybe that fish in the distance will be my friend. I'm sure of it."

"Excuse me." the Shark said. The fish turned around, expecting a fish, but when he saw the shark, he screamed and ran away.

"Why does everybody do that" the shark sadly pondered. "I guess I'll just swim home, friendless"

"I wish someone would be be my friend." the shark thought

The Shark, now relaxing in his dark cave, was suddenly startled by a loud noise.

"That sounds like a scream" the Shark said. "I should investigate." And so, the Shark left his cave to discover the source of the sound.

"Mr. Shark, there you are!" said the fish We are sorry for how me treated you, but we are trapped in this net. Please help us!!!"

The Shark thought for a while about this. Why should I help these fish, who only run away from me.
