I started the COIL collaboration a little worried about how my group would communicate because I could not figure out how to use WhatsApp.

We all agreed to use facebook messenger and my worries were gone.

The first habit is to be proactive. I will use this more in the future, in life and interviews by taking responsibility for my actions and following up after sending resumes.

The second habit, begin with the end in mind, was the one my team had. I will use that in my life to always make a plan for what I ultimately want to do.

Habit 3, put first things first. I will use this to better manage my time and prioritize my tasks.

Habit 4 Think win-win is a habit that is important for everyone. It focuses on a mutual benefit instead of I win you lose. This is a good attitude to have during an interview.

Habit 5 Seek first to understand, then to be understood. During an interview it is always important to make sure you are listening to the other person as you want them to listen to you.

Habit 6 Synergy. The whole is more than the sum of the parts. I will focus on learning from other peoples strengths and value them.
