I stared out at the horizon, wondering when this extraordinary ship would set sail. My eyes were drawn to our tremendous captain, giving out a thousand orders to his poor crewman. ''LOWER THE SAILS'' the captain shouted in a deep and husky tone of voice.

I was extremely excited due to the fact that this was my first voyage. I suddenly felt the ship move. The smile that was applied to my face can not be described.

The ship was segregated into three classes. Bottom class which is unfortunately me as I am an orphan. I have no parents, no money. Middle class and top class, for the rich folk on the ship.

The rich women were covered from head to toe in shimmering crystal clear diamonds and shining blue sapphires. Accessories that can only be dreamt of.

It was meal time. The rich had already eaten and were sat pool side. We were eating in the dungeon, where we were ordered to eat. Suddenly the waves begun to grow larger, it started raining hard.

I felt the shivers run down my spine, the hairs on the back of my neck stood up. What was going on

Lightning struck the sky. ''What is happening?'' Asked Elizabeth my friend. My mind searched for answers, it didn't give me any. We finished our dinner anxiously. I stood up to walk to our dirty and rusty cabin. My body swayed softly from side to side. A minute later, I started swaying vigorously.

The window in the dungeon shattered into a million pieces. The icy cold salt water came gushing through the window. I was blinded by the salt in the water. The screams from the children were deafening.
