I dedicate this narrative to my grandmothers because they are nice to me and they take care of me.
DJ is a 2 week-old baby mockingbird who was living in his nest with his parents. It was a Friday evening when his parents left the nest to get food and left DJ all by himself in the nest.
The parents did not return in time and DJ was getting very hungry and scared. He started moving so much that he fell to the ground beneath him to Mr. Carlos' backyard.
He wasn't able to fly yet so he didn't know how to get back to his nest. He kept chirping and chirping and no sign from his parents.
