Once upon a time in a backyard, there was a 

fence and on one side of the fence there lived a 

group of squirrels with their leader Squirrely the  

Squirrel. Squirrely was a playful squirrel and he 

loved nuts. On the other side there lived a group 

of bunnies with their leader Bobby the Bunny. 

Bobby was a jumpy bunny who loved carrots.

It was early fall and the bunnies and squirrels 

were gathering food for winter as they always 

did. Bobby and the bunnies were hopping 

around, gathering carrots and Squirrely and 

the squirrels scampering around, gathering 

acorns.

As they gathered Bobby and Squirrely felt a 

shiver. Winter was coming and they knew it. 

They had to hurry.

They quickly finished gathering and ran off to 

their homes and just as they got to their 

homes snow started to fall.

As snow kept falling and falling and the days 

kept going by the bunnies and Squirrels got 

bored of the food they had and they wanted 

different food.

So Bobby the bunny and Squirrely the squirrel 

got together, for the first time ever in bunny 

and squirrel history, and they talked about 

how the the bunnies and squirrels both wanted 

different food to eat.

After a while they both agreed to share their 

food with each other. It took a little bit but 

eventually the rest of the bunnies and squirrels 

agreed to share their food.  

Once it became spring both of the animals 

agreed to tear down the fence and became 

friends and from then on lived in peace with 

each other and shared and the all lived happily 

ever after.
