Suddenly facts about my hand just came rushing into my head

I woke up a took a close look at my hand.

1 There are 27 bones, 29 joints and at least 123 named ligaments in the human hand

2 What sets our hands apart from other animals is our opposable thumbs—this means our thumbs and fingers can work together

3 You cannot get a tan on your palm and underside of your fingers

4 Fingerprints are a completely unique DNA imprint that is different in every single human being. No two human beings in the  world have similar fingerprints

I have an infection, and my doctor prescribes me with antibiotics, which destroy the infection, that I have to take when I wake up.

All of this medicine however, is only available due to science, as experts have conducted complex experiments and research in laboratories all over the globe, to develop specific medicines for specific ailments. Just imagine what life WITHOUT SCIENCE.

I started to think and know about things without any control! And all of them had something to do with science

Whenever I'm late for school I go in though the side door and rush to class pushing though the other anxious kids. When I go to push open the door and I know exactly how it works.

A door handle controls a door by manipulation of a latch – a mechanical fastener that joins two or more objects together. In this case, a latch connects the door with its frame and tends to embody a sliding bolt installed in the door and a receptacle in the frame. The latch’s position is determined by the handle – which can take many forms including knob and lever. This is connected to the latch via a spindle and cylinder. When the handle is pulled/rotated, the action is carried by the spindle into the cylinder, which turns clockwise or anticlockwise depending on its orientation. The movement of the cylinder causes the attached bolt to be forced across the door’s internal face, sliding in/out of the frame’s latch receptacle allowing the door to be either opened or shut.
