Today was a busy day, Bob and Marge took the kids to the pool.

After the pool, the family went home and watched TV. Marge saw a TV show that talked about healthy eating. She liked feeding the family healthy food. Charlie and Lisa didn't want to watch but they stayed because the next show was their favourite.

Marge and Bob learnt about the foods that were healthy like vegetables and fruit. They learnt that the better you eat the healthier Charlie and Lisa would grow.These were some of the unhealthy foods.

These were some of the healthy options.

After the show ended, Marge started to cook dinner.

Charlie came into the kitchen and he asked, "what is for dinner?" Marge said, "we are having grilled steak with steamed beans, carrots, peas, cauliflower and sweet potato."

Charlie said, "why are we having so many vegetables?" Then Lisa comes into the kitchen and asks mum, "what's for dinner?"
