I am Gladys Adriana Mina Romero. I was born in August 22 of the year 2002 (I am 16 years), and I´m from El Salvador, the department San Salvador Llopango. All my family is from El Salvador. My mom´s name is Deisy Yanira Mina. And for us, it is a pleasure to be of the culture of El Salvador.

In my country (El Salvador), we celebrate Independence Day, The Day of the Dead, Valentin´s Day, Christmas, and New Year. They are the most important to celebrate.

The typical meals of my country are: Las Pupusas which are made of corn and rice, flour, beans, and they are made with cheese and pork rind. Los Panes con Pollo have milk in the middle of the bread. It is made of chicken, cucumber, radish, and sauce. Los Tamales, they are made chicken, etc.

The most typical places in my country are: La Costa del Sol, Termos del Rio, Planes de Renderos, y Decameron. They are the places that people like to visit.

Many crafts are handmade. We also have what are the typical costume from El Salvador, which are used a lot for folk dance.
