To Karl Benz, the founder of the Automobile

On December 31, 2018 everyone was living their normal lives. They were traveling to their relatives, going to the museum, visiting the neighborhood park. Everyone was living like normal, happily and content. They were all excited for the new year to come.

As the time struck midnight, all of the cars disappeared! As many were driving back to their homes after the celebration, the cars vanished underneath their feet. No one knew what was going on and they were really concerned about what was to come. A life without cars!

With no more cars, the residents of New York City have to walk to get places. At first that may seem like a good thing.

After a while everyone started to get tired and it was hard to get to far away places. Without cars their would not be any visits to grandma's house or the local ice cream shop
