When I was born, the doctors could tell that I was a bit different than other babies.

My doctors told my parents that I have what is called Cerebral Palsy, or CP for short.

CP is something that changes my brain before I am born. This makes me a little different than other kids my age.

CP affects how my legs and arms move, so sometimes I use these cool crutches to help me walk, I also use a wheelchair too. This helps me when I am too tired to use my crutches.

Sometimes I go to what is called Physical Therapy, or PT for short. They help me move my arms and legs more and help the rest of my body.

I even have to have surgery sometimes to help make my limbs move better. I feel scared sometimes but my family always makes me feel better.
