Kelly and her friend Sarah looked out at the 

beautiful cumulus clouds one summer 

vacation day. They wanted to take a trip to 

the ocean.

Kelly got a great idea!   "Come with me, 

Sarah!" The girls ran to get Kelly's mother 

who was working at her computer.   Kelly 

said, "Mom, pleeeeease can we go to the 

ocean?"

Kelly's mom replied, "Kelly, I would love to 

go to the ocean with you but I am very 

busy today." 

"Sarah", Kelly said, "Can you smell the 

salty ocean?" Sarah said, "Kelly, can you 

feel the sand between your toes?"

"Alright girls that is enough", Kelly's mom 

said. I get the picture. Soon you will be 

talking about seeing dolphin's in my office.

"Dolphin's in your office? Now that is funny" 

Kelly snorted as she laughed so hard.   Sarah 

said, "I don't actually see the dolphin but I can 

hear it flapping it's tail in the water."

Suddenly both girls laid down in Kelly's mom's 

office(where she was trying to work) and

flapped their feet like dolphins.

Kelly's mom squealed and said, "Let's go to the 

ocean and go look for some real dolphins !"

So...the girls went to pack their bags to go to 

the ocean. They were going on a Dolphin 

Adventure Today.

They jumped into the car and started to 

imagine what it would be like to see a real 

dolphin.
